I’m so excited to welcome you to Decatur Dermatology & Aesthetics—a dream that’s been years in the making.

I’m an Atlanta native and proud graduate of Pace Academy. After high school, I continued my education at Georgetown University, where I gained not only a world-class foundation in the sciences, but also a lifelong commitment to service and community. Those values have stayed with me throughout my career and helped shape the way I practice medicine today.

My husband and I have lived in Decatur for many years, raising our two wonderful kids (and one very spirited dog!) right here in the community we love. When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me playing tennis or cheering from the sidelines at a local game.

I’ve been practicing dermatology for over 18 years, and I still feel lucky every day to do this work. My journey started with an early interest in plastic surgery back in high school, but it was during medical school at Medical College of Georgia (MCG) that I truly fell in love with dermatology. It offered the perfect combination of science, problem-solving, and the ability to build long-term relationships with my patients.

After completing my training at the Mayo Clinic, I worked as a contracted provider and eventually became a partner in a multi-location dermatology group. I gained invaluable experience—but deep down, I knew I wanted something more personal. I wanted to create a practice that reflects the kind of care I believe in: expert, accessible, and truly centered around the people we serve.

Over the years, I’ve become known for my thorough, thoughtful approach and for my ability to identify and treat conditions that aren’t always easy to diagnose. Whether a patient comes in for a complex medical issue or an aesthetic consultation, I want them to feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.

At Decatur Dermatology & Aesthetics, I’ve brought together the best of both worlds: evidence-based medical dermatology and carefully selected aesthetic treatments that help people feel more confident in their own skin.
